Rough Draft is a once-a-month cultural newsletter that’s a peek inside how my creative and business life come together and how ✨it’s all connected✨.

It’s a place where I share what I’ve been working on and what’s moving me about the culture.
It’s also a place where I share mixtapes of music I’ve been loving, and experiment with different forms of interview styles, writing forms, and ideas.  Letters can look like:

• Short essays about my mom, family, and aging

• A eulogy about my nipple piercing that’s really an essay about making yourself in your own image

• A conversation with fellow artist, Beto Pérez about gossiping our approaches to non-fiction, and our relationship to HIV and art making

• A short craft essay about how I contributed to an art piece shown in Mexico City
